Service Requirements

  • Minimum of three visits if you are a new client booking for the first time
  • Minimum 10 day notice for new clientsThis gives us enough time to arrange your initial consult with your sitter, and complete your paperwork.
  • Minimum of once every 24hr rabbit visits According to policy we do not leave a rabbit unattended for longer than a 24hr period.
  • Sole Pet Care ProvidersUnder the guidance of our insurance we only accept visits where the pet care is solely our responsibility and the pets are provided with daily visits for the time frame that the owner will be away. (we are unable to accept requests where pet care is shared with a neighbour or friend or anyone that is not covered under our insurance.)
